The Cowboys travelled to Logan to take on the Grizzlies but could never get started offensively and lost to Logan 4-1. Josh Thompson shut down the Cowboy attack, throwing a 3 hitter. Payeton Reed, Jake Clonts, and Andrew Nelson recorded the lone hits for the Cowboys. Benji Cole started on the mound for Grantsville. He threw well but that lack of run support cost him the opportunity to get a win.
The Cowboys will look to earn at least a share of the Region 11 championship on Thursday at Cowboy Field. It will be Senior day, so come on out and support the Cowboys.
