Grantsville got back in action after a 10 day layoff and downed the Ogden Tigers 9-3 to finish the first half of the region season unbeated at five and zero. Benji Cole earned the win on the mound going 4 innings, TJ Sieh went 2 innings, and Alex Childs struck out the side in the 7th to give the Cowboys the victory.
There weren't a lot of highlights offensively. Ryley Boman and Tyson Hutchins led the Grantsville hit parade with 2 singles each along with 2 rbi's.
The Cowboys face a busy week coming up as they travel to Morgan on Tuesday, Ben Lomond on Thursday (@ Lindquist Field), and Bear River on Friday.
