Grantsville jumped out to a quick lead and upend the Scots 6-3.
In the top of the first the back to back doubles by Lincoln Kelley & Tyson Hutchins and back to back singles by Andrew Nelson & Kort Fonger and a Connor Turner 2-run double helped the Cowboys take a 4-0 lead.
Two more runs were tacked on in the seventh on a walk by Kelbey Fisher and an inside the park HR by Kelley.
Fisher went the distance on the mound to pick up the win.
Grantsville is back in action against Juan Diego on Tuesday.
