Snack Bar

We are excited for the opportunity to host the first round of
The 3A State Tournament.

Not only to we get the enjoy the "Home Field Advantage" but we also have the opportunity to show our "Home Field Pride!"

As we look forward to this day, we've come to realize that we have a huge opportunity to bring in some revenue for our program. Therefore, we are teaming with the softball team to run the snack bar. It will be a big undertaking but we feel it will also be a big payoff for the team.

To make this happen, we need each member of THE TEAM will be need to step up. The boys have been made aware of their responsibilities at practice but I wanted to make sure the parents were also aware.

1...
Each boy will need to find one person to work in the snack bar. The person will need to be available to cover a 3 hour shift. It does not need to be parent but we cannot have anyone under the age of 12. Please let me (Coach Anderson) know who will be covering your shift and the time they prefer to work.

2...
Each boy will need to provide 2 dozen home baked goods, individually wrapped. They need to be delivered to the field by 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.

Thank you for your support and all you've done to make
2009 a season to remember!
