
It's time to begin our preparation for the upcoming season. The schedule for winter workouts will be as follows:
JANUARY
- 3rd 8:30-10:00 small gym
- 5th 7:00-9:00 both gyms
- 6th 5:00-7:00 small gym
- 10th 7:00-9:00 Predator Sports
- 11th 5:00-8:00 small gym/large gym
- 12th 5:00-10:00 small gym/large gym
- 17th 5:00-7:00 small gym
- 19th 5:00-10:00 small gym/large gym
- 20th 5:00-7:00 small gym
- 24th 8:30-10:00 small gym
- 25th 7:00-10:00 large gym
- 26th 7:00-10:00 large gym
- 31st 7:00-10:00 small gym
FEBRUARY
- 3rd 5:00-8:00 small gym/large gym
- 4th 5:00-9:00 small gym (with little guys)
- 7th 8:30-10:00 small gym
- 8th 5:00-8:00 small gym/large gym
- 11th 7:00-10:00 small gym (with little guys)
- 15th 5:00-8:00 small gym/large gym
- 16th 5:00-8:00 both gyms
- 17th 5:00-8:00 both gyms
- 22nd 5:00-8:00 small gym/large gym
- 23rd 5:00-8:00 both gyms
- 24th 5:00-8:00 both gyms
- 28th MANDATORY tryouts officially begin 6:00-10:00 both gyms
These schedules are tentative, so check back often for changes.
Remember, you should be working on your own on strength & conditioning and speed & agilities daily.
And don't forget to do the work in the classroom. Your grades for this quarter will determine your eligibility for the first 3 weeks of the season. That includes 7-varsity games, 3-jv games, 2-sophomore games, & 4-freshman games. We have 76 games scheduled within the program this year to be played in 65 days, so you can see we will need everyone eligible and ready to go.
