The schedules for 2011 are in the process of getting completed. A change to our games limit has been approved on a 1 year trial basis. In class 3A we still have a 20 game limit. The change comes with how we account for tournaments & doubleheaders played on non school days. The 4 games we play in St George will only count as 2 games, plus we are allowed to play one other doubleheader on a non school day and count it as 1 game. In all we will be playing 23 regular season games at the varsity level.
The varsity schedule is complete. It is as challenging of a schedule as we've had in our history. The preseason consists of 2-5A schools (Hunter & Davis), 6-4A schools (Dixie, Salem Hills, Tooele, Woods Cross, Maple Mountain, & Highland), 3-3A schools (Park City, Wasatch, Delta), 1-2A school (Beaver), and 1-TBD (Tooele, Carbon, Cedar, or Herriman).
Our region schedule will consist of 10 games against the likes of Juan Diego, Judge, Bear River, Morgan, & Ben Lomond.
The JV schedule is pretty much complete as well with 20 games scheduled.
The Freshman schedule is now completed with 22 games plus we have scheduled 11 Sophomore games to give some of our younger players more opportunities to play.
